As far as senior health is concerned it is very essential to take complete precautions and have safety for them. As a person grows by age his or her capacity to do work decreases gradually and thus he or she can’t do hard work which they use to do at young age. Thus it becomes very important to take care that an old age person is kept away from hard work such as lifting of heavy weights, physical stress etc.

  • The diet of senior people should be maintained well and it should be well planned diet. The diet program followed by them should be checked by a doctor or a dietitian.
  • Routine check up should be there every month which should include mainly the heart check up; as it is found that most seniors suffer from heart problems.
  • Extra medicines and supplements should be given in case if Certain Vitamins are missing in the diet.
  • The largest organ in the body that is skin should be taken care the most. As the age advances skin also becomes old and dry and thus loosing its luster, thus it becomes very important to maintain it to grow graceful and prevent any skin disease.
