Mitchell deals with such an important issue as an obligatory vaccination in all the educational establishments across Canada. Actually, the draft law deals with such appalling diseases like Hepatitis A and Meningitis.

The draft law is still being reviewed in both of the Parliament chambers. The large propaganda is being broadcast through all media sources possible. The positive effect of compulsory vaccination is hard to overestimate though the huge sums of budgetary money needs to be spent on the project. Just think about the number of kindergartens, schools and colleges that will require the necessary equipment and vaccine companies themselves.

If everything goes as planned then with the beginning of the school semester in September 2008 the program will be widely used. At the moment there are practially no doubts that the document will be approved in the first reading though some tension arises when it comes to budgetary means.
