A time comes when our body becomes old and we tire easily, we can see wrinkles on our faces, our hairs turn white this is the time when we are been considered as senior. This seniority is unwanted in most case as with the label of senior you are considered to be old and unable to do most of the work. You lose powers from your arms to do most of the woAgingrk.

The process of aging is seen much faster in women as compared to men. This is due various hormonal changes which are seen in women from puberty, through pregnancy till the end of menopause. Once it sets in women, various changes can be noticed in them such as slow rejuvenation process, decrease in sebum oil in the body and reduced elasticity.
